CT Scan Reconstruction

This is a reconstruction of an anonymised female patient's CT Scan Data which were extracted from InVesalius. The purpose of the reconstruction was to create an educational rendered model depicting early signs of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma which affects the lymphatic system.

These models of the parasitic helminth H.Polygyrus - along with an animation on the parasite and an accompanying website - were created for Dr Henry McSorley's lab to help visualise his laboratory's research. Learn more about McSorley lab's research here.

Heligmosomoides polygyrus

This Interactive Model of H.Polygyrus infecting the intestinal wall while at its L4 Stage was created for McSorley Lab's website as part of my MSc in Medical Art dissertation project. 

The model was created and textured in Zbrush and it was later on uploaded on the University of Dundee's 'Sketchfab' account so that people can interact with it.
